    About This Role

    From £26,000 to £30,000 DOE | 39 hrs per week | 1:4 Weekends

    Laceys client is seeking a dedicated RVN to join their nursing team in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, purpose-built practice, supporting the Head Nurse in driving the efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement of clinical activities.

    You’ll be a proactive team player, with excellent communication skills, keen to support colleagues, and comfortable managing a varied caseload. Continuous learning and professional development are strongly encouraged, with access to a wide range of training opportunities.

    Working Pattern: 4 nine-hour days per week, 1 in 4 weekends, and duty nights on rotation.
