My client, a well-established and highly respected veterinary charity, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join their collaborative team in South West Wales. The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You will see a wide range of medical and surgical cases, allowing you to continually develop your clinical skills while delivering vital care within a charity setting.
They are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who is confident, adaptable, and able to take a pragmatic, welfare-focused approach to clinical decision-making. You will be comfortable discussing realistic treatment options with clients, balancing best practice with individual circumstances, and building strong, trusting relationships.
Working within a supportive and experienced team, you will be encouraged to collaborate, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement across the hospital.

What’s on Offer
Salary from £45,269 to £60,062 (including allowances)
